which of these two cases is the best?
I want a case with good cooling capacity but also a bit quiet (will to use a fancontroller).

You can't even compare the two, P160 is just a flashy case, while the Stacker is the best case I've ever seen.

Get the stacker, its a much better case overall, and supports the BTX standard so you can keep it for a long time.

Which case is best is almost always a mostly subjective matter based on the wants and needs of each individual.

The question would then be, do you want the P160 for $115 more then you want the Stacker for $182, or the other way around?

Given your limited criteria listed, both will have similar stock cooling and noise charecteristics. The Stacker gives you the option of purchasing additional "4-in-3" units, allowing for additional front intake fans. More fans would bring more airflow and more noise.

They are very dissimilar cases. Check out what each has to offer and decide what you think is best for your case.

The prices are diffrent for me, I must pay 100 D.Kr (16,7$) more for the Stacker then the P160.

Then get the Stacker, no question about it.

hmm, and I like the P160 better. I just got a P160, and while at first wasn't to happy, it has really grown on me, and I really like it. Very good sturdy case with room to move around. The stacker is just so plain. Plus I like aluminum better.

I see why they call it the "stacker" man look at all the drive bay mounts. first time i checked on a review of the case. That is one nice setup!!!

Id take that "stacker" anyday.

I have a stacker so my opinion is biased.

I would recommend the stacker for the following reasons

Pros:
11 full size 5 1/4 bays (you can never have to many exposed 5 1/4 bays)
Supports dual ATX PS mounting plate included
Wheels and regular round feet included (these thing get heavy when their fully loaded)
Air inlet grill along the botton of the case
Factory mounting for cross flow blower fan (high CFM very low noise 46 CFM @ 38dB on high and cools your entire motherboard)
120 MM inlet/outlet fans included
Solid construction and a good finish.

Cons:
80mm blower hole in the top does not uee standard 80mm fan mounting holes (I had to make a spacer plate to mount a danger den round resevoir)
Feet/wheel mounting make it hard to mount a black ice extreme II resevoir in the bottom of the case.
(Although you can mount a black ice micro II in the bottom without having to cut the case. I made a custom back plate to replace the stock back plate to fit the mounting hole spacing of the b.i. micro II)
Big round hole in one side plate (make for more noise from the fans. I would have rather had a soild side panel)

Pro:
Even with the case fully loaded their is lote of room to work.

I am currently building my fluid cooling setup (dual Xeon) when I finish it I will post pics if anyone is interested.
