Upgrade help needed ?

Ok old rig in sig, my thoughts was eighter get a new cpu or upgrade my rigs ...

i could need a new server, i currently have a dual iwill dvd266-r board lying around should i give that a try ? although i dont have all the stuff needed 4 it.. need ram and cpus..

so my options is upgrade my cpu or upgrade the whole string of rigs....

rig1: see sig....
rig2: wifes ... pal 1900+ asus a7n266-e
rig3: Server p2 450Mhz (i have no idea ?) ;O)

possible solutions:

rig1: new cpu/ new mobo++
rig2: nothing/ my old rig (rig1)
rig3: iwill dvd266-r/dual socket a mobo (1700+ @ 2gigz)


any suggestions ?

Main Rig Thoughts:
my current thoughts are eighter a A64 single or dual opteron ?? but i dont have a clue as to what would be better since i never used a smp system before....

i will be using the system to game, code, general browsing stuff and grafics.... i know that for gaming dual is not the best way to go, but will it cope ? well i'm lost help me find my new system please....
