Modding a case for mach 1

I know that I need to cut the bottom of my case for the 4 bolts and the head unit.

Couple of questions...

1. Is there a template that I can use?
2. What tool can I use for cutting aluminum?

i've never done it but i'm sure a lot of people use dremels to cut their cases

what tip with a dremel?

the fiberglass cutter... know from experience. The threaded fiberglass is the best, you can also uses the non-threaded brown ones... but those wear down really fast.

yupp, they do the work beautifully.
