We had power go out here earlier tonight, and when I turn on my NEC FE991SB afterwards, the picture size is messed up. Even with vertical size at maximum, i cannot get this monitor to fill the whole screen... there is about a half an inch at top and bottom. Any ideas?

Adjust the vertical position using the configuration buttons that should be located near the bottom part
If you could get a webcam shot of the configuration panel I can tell you which buttons to press.
