Is there a way to edit a key in the registry to have the internet explorer open up at certain pixels.. ie... 0x300 and also to edit a key to say how big the internet explorer window should be?

If you open up IE it should open at the last size you had it at.

The only reason I can think of why you would want windows to open up at a set size (small) would be for popups. In that case, head to www.flashpeak.com and get SlimBrowser, and you'll never see one again. Not to mention all the other goodies it has...

Not sure about the registry keys.
