http://www.excaliberpc.com will ship from the US (very few other US sites will).

There are also a number of UK sites that will ship abroad.

Try www.overclockers.co.uk for example. Good prices generally, but I dont know how much their international delivery costs.

Edit: It's £8.90 or about 15 Euros for a shipment containing just a CPU for example.
