But I've got to give it to Pentiums at least in one aspect:
I went to a customers house today and put in a new nic. And I noticed the fan on the hsf wasn't turning. So I shut it down and looked closer at it and a floppy power connector was stuck between a blade and the hsf fins.
They had been running that comp at least 24 hrs like that. I couldn't hold my finder on the hsf very long it was so hot. I'm sure an amd in it's place would have been dead by then. I couldn't believe it was still running, but it's still going strong right now.
