I think the says everthing.
I search for a Bios 4 overclocking and the most possible stability.

And one question:

How I can flsh the Bios from my Harddisk?
And wich Key I have to press to get to the Bios Flash option?
And how I can flsh the Bios there?

Hi Noktar,

Download "Flashmenu" from ABIT, It's a little program to flash your BIOS through windows, worked flawlessly for me all the times (Just flash the BIOS twice in windows to make sure everything went ok).

Regarding the most overclocable and stable BIOS out there I recommend tictac's D23 Sub-Zero, but you may get different results with your motherboard, some prefer D10, other D22 Alpha 1, I think you will have to test It and see wich one your mobo like most.

Download D23 Sub-zero HERE (http://s6.invisionfree.com/underclock/index.php?showtopic=9)

hello, i've got serious problems with overclocking on my nf7-s since i've installed my new Samsung harddisk on the onboard sata-controller...

a few days ago, the system was rockstable @ 220x10,5, but with the harddisk i get a error message concerning damaged system files - even with 210 mhz and secure cpu clock the systems crashes on the desktop... :(

i don't know what to do - the cpu isn't the problem - 2300 are no problem as long the fsb is 200 mhz...

another funny fact is, that the board doesn't accept 10,5 multiplier with 220 MHz - it just takes 11 -> 2,42 ghz -> too much clock, even for 1,92V

MentalHarikiri,

Just a note: Like Rabbi_NZ told me, Mod3 BIOS have CPC disabled so you may be loosing a bit of 3D performance, nothing big. You can read THIS (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=38795) thread I started showing some benches(page 2) between Mod3 and d24 4247 rev3 infinity ED (the two best for me).
