What is the voltage on the backside/middle pin of the vdimm mosfet farthest right on your boards?
Mine measures 4.90v... :stick:
5v is @ 5.2v.

anyone else notice the 8-legged things next to the mosfets to the left of the NB get REALLY REALLY hot?? :slobber:
