Cheap would be nice:

Looks for that black roll of whatever so I can get rid of them sharp edges on my fan holes.

The easy way to remove those shards after a cut is to put on the grinding wheel/sanding wheel and set the dremel to medium speed and de-burr it that way.

My 120mm fan is blowing directly into those edges and it's creating a very very loud noise. I'm trying to get those things to create a curve cover so air can pass through with a curved flow, resulting, less noise.

You can get something like that from a home/car audio supply store. They're actually ports for sub boxes, but they do have them in 120mm size and work nicely for that purpose.

If you're not looking for that sort of exhaust port, then you can get window seal/trim from just about any hardware store and sometimes wal-mart for a couple $.

Yeah, I'm gonna try to find them at an auto store. I heard they have them there. I believe they're called car door/window lining.

you can also use the door gaurds for that. (you know, the thin strips of black or chrom that run the height of the door on the edge that opens out). Get the chrome and add some bling...

I'm gonna try to get the thinnest lining as possible.
