View Full Version : BD35F with r404a for chiller?

hello!

I am going too build a chiller and i will use my old BD35F kompressor and fill it with r404a.

Evap will be a copper coil in a sort of reservoar.....

But..... Is the kompressor strong enuf for a chiller?

What water temp can it give me?

I wil cool a prechott and av 9800 pro + nb....

Now ya see here son, this is what we call a dead thread, it died as no one was interested or no one had info for it, or the authore found the info and decided to let the thread die.

So we burried it, gave it a funeral and let it lie in piece.

Yes you can make a chiller, how much load and what temps? Best way to do it is to look up the manufactures PDF. However I'd say if you want low temps and more capacity, its definilty not going to be enough for 400-500w @ -30C.
