I am thinking of trading in my air cooling and doing some chilled water. My question is what do I need to be careful about when comming down to 0degrees and lower? What precautions should I be using. Any extra equipment/paste that helps prevent condensation etc. Havnt decided the platform yet (amd or intel) but I am sure that either way it is quite transferable. Just need to know the basics I guess and then go from there.

When I ran my pelt setup I needed neoprene and some dialectric grease. This was good enough to never see a bit of condensation. You can also use spray on conformal coating, if necessary. Use the search function, alot of valuable information.

Yes you will need to insulate and will not be able to use ordinary water, it is best to read the sticky's in the chilled water thread (which this thread has been moved too).

EDIT: This is a very good insulation link.
