do u think it is safe to use overvolting psu.
I have chepo USD10 PSU
MEC 380watt
this psu overvolting like crazy
it still on stock no mvolt mod done.
here some reading from multimeter:
12v : 14.30V
5V : 6.45V
3.3v : 4.19V
-12V : -13.98V

im guessin you havent run it on a mobo
theres a chance that it will go to normal if u run it normal

Its usually the otherway around actually. Unless he was loading it without a mobo, in which case you're right. Most powersupplies rails are lower without any load on them.

Usually Volts drop when you connect it to a motherboard but not much, depends the quality of the PSU. But those volts are very high, i would not suggest to connect it to a motherboard, it would be good if you could connect it to an old/cheap motherboard and see if it's working OK.
