i wanna get the 3.2 to 3.3 in my monitor display help

Open er up, look for orange wires, look for VRs (Variable resistors) around the orange wire, get your DMM (Digital MultiMeter) and measure out how much voltage the 3.3 line is getting, turn the VR a little bit, measure again, see if it changed.
It's really as simple as that.
But if that PS doesn't have pots inside, then you need to do a 3.3 sense line mod.
If you look on the forums you'll find it no problem, its in this thread as a sticky called "3.3 sense mod for all"
