Quick Question? I downloaded the same song:
One downloaded at 224 K B/S
2nd at 96 K B/S
Which is better quality? They both sound the same.

ANYTHING below 128K is crappy - you lose high end and start to lose the low end sound... also when re-ripped to cd it sounds even worse!
go with the higher number ALWAYS!!
I rip all my MP3's at either 160 w/ oversampling or I rip at 196....
