KNEW there was a reason why I was sticking with ATi cards at the moment, and me being a daft bugger went and forgot...

I HAVE NO MONITOR! I've been using TV Out for nearly 18 months now.

3DMark 2K1 runs at 1024x768
Radeon TV Out support.... 1024x768
GF4 TV Out support......... 800x600

Does anyone know of any way of forcing the TV Output chip on these things into 1024x768 or am I stuck now until I get a monitor?

it has nothing to do with drivers or bios

it´s all in the tvout chip on the card :(

Offtopic opp, but is that Win2k? Chainbolt has been saying he gets better results for stability with Win2k over XP.....but I was under the impression that Winxp is for Intel and Win2K is for AMD for benchmarking?

SO, anyway of forcing the Philips chips to do 1024x768 then? If not, then this Ti4200 is going and I'm gonna gave to go back to the Rad8500 til I can find some cash for a Rad9700.... either that or get me a monitor which looks to be the cheaper solution of the two.... and probably long past due as well

Is it just with the Ti4200 phillips chip or is it the same for all of them Ti range?

Maybe you get try a ti4400 or something?

AFAIK Marci the Leadtek cards use connexant chips for the TVout which are only capable of 800 x 600, but at higher quality than the standard phillips chip. Sorry m8 :(.

Checked nVidia site, and they say all cards now only do 800x600 TVOut.
