Any reported RAM deaths?

Just curious I have heard of quite a few people runing 3.6 Volts into their memory and I was wodering if there have been any reports of ram dying due to over-voltage, what experiences have people had with this?

For short periods of bench marking, it is quite safe for BH5/BH6/CH5/CH6 mem...

Wouldnt go over 3.2V for everyday use myself

with some ramsinks (not crappy heatspreaders) and a small fan over the ram 3.6v is perfectly safe for BH/CH*
