Hello, I am Tom(A.P.Versteeg).

This system I have made special for Aopen to use on there booth ad Cebit2004 Hannover I hope you like it.

InnovAopen
this case wil be on the stand from AOpen on Cebit 2004 Hannover.

This is an Innovatek watercooled system and the water is cooled with an compressor which is capable to cool the water even to -*C, but I have set it to 17*C water temp. because otherwise I will get condensation.
Hardware:
Aopen AK89-MAX mainboard
AMD64 3400+
Corsair Twinx 1024(2x512) PC3200LL PRO(with leds)
Aopen FX5900Ultra
2x WesternDigital S-ATA Raptor 74GB 10K rpm in Raid 0

AC-Ryan modding parts : fan`s / S-ATA\IDE UV cables / 6x dual CCFL UV

this chiller can do 0*C with 200watts of load, this is not build to do extreem temps.
I can set the temp I like, with non isulation I set it to a watertemp of 15*C whatever I connect to the waterloop or how high I overclock, it will always keep the watertemp I have set.
Yes when it whas not a demo system and isulated I can set it to max -5*C this is not much but it is all in one case and easy to use.
Not your taste, oke you like it on the floor with a big bundle of wires and hoses around.
When I want realy cold temps I can do it with a cascade to -119*C ;) . But than it will be noisy and havy.

I wasent bashing it or anything I was just saying its not smart to sell something that goes below ambiant without insulation. What if someone in like arazona on a hot humid day sets it to 0C and they get water all in their rig. What than?

Also, the price wont be cheap and the temps arnt good either. A prommie probley wouldent cost much more and be alot safer and get much better temps.

Just my :2cents:

I`m not working for AOpen:p: , I only made a case mod with this chiller inside and it is not the plan to make more than one.
I`m the only one who is using it. And I`m going to sell it included hardware for 2750euro here in Netherland. When the person wants to set lower temps than ambient he must do something to prevent condensation. But oke that`s up to him. This system is mine and not from AOpen.;) It is my hobby to make setups like these.

awesome work man, not only is it chilled and set at the right temps to avoid condensation, which is a good idea for a 24/7 system thats not OCd to the max, and u have good case modding skills
i like the HD rack and the mirror finish on the front

also can u post close ups of that water block for the vid card, i assume thats custom it looks like it

a.p. versteeg,

I've been at your pages a few times, and saw the modded systems you've built at T.net Pricewatch. It's been going on for several years now. But it seems you just don't know when to stop, do you? Everytime I see one of your new creations, it makes me feel worse about my 'bigass calculator'. ;)

That is one very sweet case, great job :toast:

Where the cd-rom cable go lol, it disappears behind the mobo tray and never appears again.

There are no wires at all on show, just tubes :toast:
