Program for quick screenshots?

Can someone suggest something for when I do 'sucide runs' and wanna take a screenie? I saw something mentioned here once before but I can't find it via the search function.

i use !Quick Screen Capture. its free and all you do is hit F11 when you want a pic. i cant remember where i got it tho
