Help me open ports on router!

hey everyone!
I have an router, edimax BR-6104, and I want to open ports for getting High ID in Emule. The ports I need to open are:
4662
4672
4661
4665
If you know something about how to do it please share me and help me on that.

isn't that explained in the manual?

in case you don't have it, you'll need to adjust your firewall to open the ports.

yea the manual sais where I can open ports but well i don't know what to do there and what to put where...
I have 4 columns:
Private IP
Private Port
Type
Public port
so what I need to put where in these columns?
