Alright guys. I got it all put together and it is running smooth! Thanks to everyone that helped me pick out equipment and get through any little problems along the way.

Heres a quick rundown of the equipment that I bought...

JR-120 rad
Hydor L30 Pump
Bayres
Maze4 gpu block
Whitewater cpu block
1/2" ID Tygon tubing

The first things I have to say is WOAH, was that a tight fit! I thought that getting all this equipment into my lian li PC60 case would have been alot easier than it was. But, in the end I got it all in.

Here are some pictures of all of the parts right out of the box.

As you can see, the Whitewater block didn't have quite the lap that the maze4 did. So that was one of the first things that I fixed :)

Mounting the whitewater was a little confusing at first because there were no pictures in the directions. The long screws that go into the plate seem like they would short out something on the mobo, but this told me otherwise: http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?threadid=273211

And finally here are some pics of the whole setup all installed. I would really like to cut down on the lengths of the hoses, but not that I have it all hooked up I don't want to take it apart again :(

Some temp results...

Room temp: 26C
Case temp: 29C
CPU idle temp: 29C
CPU load temp: 33C after hours of DF

I don't have any benching done yet, except a cupple runs with 3DMark01. Here is my best run. Keep in mind that this was with my door open, so the room was 5C!

Thanks again for everyone that helped me during this project! I'll post more benches as I do them.

This was my first water cooling install. So if anyone has any recomendations I'd like to hear them!

I'd reall like to take the 2 HD's out of the upper hard drive rack and put them below and put my pump in there. It would be nice to have a little less tubing and that is the main way that I can see to do that.

Sweet setup

BTW what watercooling mixture are you using on your rig.

that is this setup, I just opened the windows and let it get nice and chilly in here. I just ordered the pots to do the vdd and vgpu mods on my 9800pro, so I'm hoping that I can get around 23.5k or so

you think that's a tight fit?? I have to put 2 of those radiators where you did, except im puttin them sideways. Had to dremel out part of the panel extending from the 5.25" drive bays in order to fit the two of them in..

Nice job on that fan hole. I'll try and get some pictures of my case up soon, It's still a work in progress because I'm waiting for my 226w peltier and meanwell PSU to arrive. I also have to do something about the structural integrity of the case, theres not really much holding up the 5.25" drives anymore.

neyoung,
Thats a 120 right? What size hole saw did you use, and what's that molding stuff around the edge??

I bought the case last summer and it already had the holde cut.

the molding stuff could probably be bought at home depot I would imagine.

Well done, lotsa nice piccies and clean job
Luv your Tygon tubing.
Have you ever thought about doing parts of your loop in hard plumbing? (nice shiny copper?).
That would take some of the stress off from blocks and possibly improve quality of contact surface.. and ... shiny copper ;)

@Jabo, I'm don't know how much I would trust my self soldering copper pipe with a blow torch :) I'll stick with the tygon

@amd It is a lian li case. I bought it last summer from this site http://www.xoxide.com/newlianli60.html

when you do your setups with copper pipe do you bend the tubing or do you use 90 degree connectors? Also, how do you attach the pipe to your blocks? use a short piece of tubing? Do you have any pics of a rig done in all copper? I would be interested in seeing how it all goes together.
