Hmm..i was wondering, is there a way chage the Command rate on the IT7? i don't find the option in the "Advanced Chipset options" in the bios (The sectios with the option of changing the mem timings), thanks.

That option isn't available on this board. On neither Intel board, IMO.
You asked about the modded 9X bios?
DL it here :

Hmmm..weird, i was sure that i saw that option the the P4B533-E bios...i guess that not :)

Anyway, thanks for the reply and the bios.

NP ;)
I've got the modded A4 bios too, in case you wanna try it out.
Same as the normal A4 bios, BUT with memory voltage up to 3.2V

You can rename the IT7.bin file to IT7_A4.bin if you want.

Thanks, but I'm using the modded A4 at the moment (trying to get it stable at 163\1.6V\2.7 (actually 2.73) Vmem with 2-7-3-2 timings (better than 2-6-3-3), which one is better for you? :)

BTW- about the command rate..SIS based p4 mobo's does have the option..pic from Tbreak review on the 4SDA5+:

Thanks again.

I'm running the modded A4 bios. So far, no problems with it.
Running my Corsair PC3200 C2 @ 229 Mhz, 2-7-3-3, 2.9V
Strange to see that the SIS board has that option and the IT7 doesn't.
Are you sure that the P4B-533 had that option too?

I'm not sure, i will try to check the BIOS options in review- but it seems like the Intel chipsets based boards don't have this option (weird..).

Hmm..about your mem- does your bord overvolt as mine? ;) try to run it on 2-7-3-2..it would give you better results (maybe little burn-in will help ;) ).

It overvolts a bit on the memory and undervolts on the vcore.
2.9V set, BIOS reads 2.92 and MBM reads 2.93V
1.725 Vcore, BIOS reads 1.70V and MBM reads 1.71V. Drops to 1.68V under load.

Very similar to mine..what is your board rev? (mine is 1).

BTW- checked and the P4B533 doesn't have the option to change the command rate.

You can check it in Sandra ("Mainboard Information").

OK, very nice..what are your temps?

The :banana::banana::banana:ing temp sensor.. (arghhhh) shows 62 for the CPU and 44 for the chipset while "priming"

I have my system bong-cooled, with a Maze 3
Idle temps are around 33°C while load are 37-38°C.
Water temps are around 20-21°C.
2.26 @ 2950, 1.725V
