Alright as far as Im concerned, you get:
Copper slab for the piece that touches the core
Copper tube that connects to the slab of copper
Neoprene wrapped around the tube
Liquid Electrical Tape around the mobo
Denatured Alcohol mixed with the DI
Right?
Now for my question, what are some ways to connect the tube and the copper slab together? How would I solder it, and if I cant get the materials for it what else could I use?

yes.
use copper plumbing solder and braze it together.

Anybody built a DI container for a videocard?
What´s the easiest way to build one?
Is it possible to cut the end of the tube in an angle of 45°, and then solder it to the copper slab?
And is it a good idea to soft solder the copper for this temperatures?

I planned on making 3 DI Containers, CPU, NB, and GPU. I was just going to cut it at a 45 degree angle and do it that way.
Alright, Copper Solder. Thanks, I can I just get this stuff @ home depot right? They have copper tubes?

What happens if you make it out of pvc pipe and a very thin peice of aluminum (ignoring crappy preformance) The 2 attached together with some sort of 2 part epoxy like JBweld or somthing?

Hmm, well I think I'm going to test it out. I've taken the pvc down to something like -11 but i guess thats not exactly -40 :D
I only made the pvc one for fun from crap lying around so its pretty expendable.

What about sealing the base of a tube onto the cpu package and fill it with acetone then pile in the dry ice. Direct contact with the core!

what if you took the IHS off a P4, then made a container for LN2 that was sealed to the base of the chip, direct LN2 contact? Phatness would ensue.

Big temp swings when? I dont think so, its not like pouring liquid N2 onto the core. Fill the container with warm acetone then start dropping in pieces of dry ice until your down to temp. The temp wont drop that fast. Otherwise what do u mean?
