i bought this matched pair od 2 x 256 twinmos pc3200
for Euro 72,- - 2.7v 8-3-3-2.5
i think the performance is not bad for that value
(its simple CH-5)

I just got mine 1 month ago. TwinMos SP UTT. 256x2. Currently, I am ruuning at DDR500 @ 3.5v on my DFI NF4 ultra-D. The sale person told me that this RAM can run at DDR 450- 520. Now, I am trying to achieve DDR 510. I am happy with my TwinMos as it was cheap as compared to other brand. Hope you can oc the RAM and have fun.

i had mine up to 260 2.2.2.5
i couple of days , i bought these babes(2*512) but the max frequency i can achieve is 248 (timings= 2.5 2 2 5) with 3.17. Motherboard asus p4p800 dlx

I think you TMSP still can go further by judging the voltage you used to get to 248MHz. Try to up the vdimm voltage to 3.3v or 3.4v but make sure you actively cool you RAM. I had mine cooled by 90mm fan over it. (of course it is still HOT).

What is wrong with that screenshot?! I'd be seriously worried if my display was like that!

My pair is from the same week, and it goes to 268 2-2-2 @3,7volts, so take'em higheerr frecs :toast:

Can't remember being as i sold it about 2 months ago. But im pretty sure it was 3.3 or 3.4v becasue that's the sweet spot.
