is it possible to disable that big sort of splashscreen when you power it up?

I would like a normal postscreen or an option to disable this thingy.

Yes, just disable it in your bios. It should say logo or welcome screen, something close to that.

yup latest bios has an option.

ALso yuo think abit will implement a health screen on boot like epox boards have ?

ah, got to flash the new bios. :)

the original bios hasn't got an option.
