Having never dealt with Thermalright before I was quite impressed when I saw the box the SLK-948U was packaged in. It reminded me of the high-quality products I get directly from manufacturers who are more concerned about the product inside than flashy packaging. Once you have the box open you’ll find the folded installation instruction sheet along with the heatsink and what I found to be a pleasing array of mounting hardware.
