Which board will overclock better with 2x512? k8t or nf3?

I have an Asus k8t800 and the gigbyte nf3 coming soon for testing and am wondering which overclocks better with 2x512 ram? I just returned a shuttle nf3 that died from 2x512... hoping these will fare much better.
