I had to RMA my Abit IT7-Max because of the agp location(didn't get along with my chieftec case), anywho. I narrowed my other choice to these 3 boards:
GA-8IEXP 130$
ASUS P4B533 140$
ABIT BD7II-RAID 845E 108$

The primarily things I care about is my, LeadTek GF4Ti4200 *128MB*, Corsair XMS PC2700 *DDR 333MHZ*, Maxtor ATA 133 HDD's

I would like to run my memory at 333Mhz (PC2700), and my Maxtor drives at ATA 133, and not just ATA 100. I don't know how I'm going to get my memory to run at 333mhz ddr, but as for the maxtor drives, I can set them up on the Raid channels.

I am not a heavy overclocker. I care more about stability with gaming. But I do plan to overclock to 145FSB. On my 2.26 *northwood*.

Any suggestions?

ASUS or ABIT, they're both good choices. The ABIT has the HP372 controller, which supports ATA133 drives, if I'm correct. So maybe the ABIT might be the right choice for you.

If you don't plan to push your memory too far, i'd look at the Abit board. The reason i say this is because the mem voltage controller only allows you to push the voltage to 2.7. This however, is more than enough for a mere 145mhz fsb. With 2.7v, you can probably get 400mhz ddr with some relaxed timings and decent memory. My money is on Abit. You can pick 'em up sometimes "Refurbished" on Newegg for under $90.

I would just like to run my memory at 333mhz ddr. Which is what I paid for.

You'll be able to run it nicely on the Abit board. Go for it, you won't be dissappointed at all. You can run it at highest timings, etc, since you have better ram than me, and I can run at 444Mhz @ just 2.7v.
