Ok I have the PCPower & Cooling 425W as stated.
Some users who own the same power supply have claimed that there is a 12v, 5v, and 3,3v adjustments on the board. Which is incorrect.
There is a 3.3V trimmer, 5V trimmer and OCP trimmer and a 12V OCP trimmer.
Translating into you can modify only the 3.3V and 5V lines not the 12V.
I concluded to this after initial modding and then talking to an engineer at PCPower and Cooling.
I'll post pics of the inside of the power supply to clarify.
EDIT: Ok I modded the 3.3V and 5V lines.
3.3V now reads 3.6V (max is 4.1V+)
5V now reads 5.46V (max is 5.46V +/- .01)
