Not yet - this doesn't come with out snags and I am trying to find the least painfull way - but as is you guys as of today will only ones with cutsom naming - everyone else will follow the standard new member, member, senior member(when promoted) mod, super mod...

What abooot like a "Life bar" that increases in length and changes color with whatever level setting you want to use.
Not sure about the colors, but I'm not picky.

how about something like, an increasing hz or sandra score.
that way it can go way beyond just 8 stars (different levels)

and make each level an uneven number like 1327 not 1300.
it think that would make it look cooler and help make it look like each person has there own hz or sandra score. anyways its more realistic

well that is done by your post count... and I can not do multiple colors for same level person - it has to be one icon that is set in color....

when i start this I will be closing the forums for a day or LESS ... to hack everything and test the code.
Im not sure how hard this would be, but what about a single or set of bars that increased in length with every post? Maybe in a way do that instead of post count numbers? A bar that grows with every post? Like I said, no clue how hard, prolly very... but an Idea...
Otherwise... Cresent moons? full moons? (circles), theres alot that could be chosen...

I can do the bar thing where they add liek the stars do but look liek a segmented bar... liek the vcolume or colro control on your tv - the green bars...
is that what you mean??
if so I can post icon dimentions if you want to help design the look of the icons...

Ok, on this color bar thing...
How about if you use a bar that fades from like green to red. But you start out with just a bit of green and work your way up to a full red bar.

I can not do fading colors... coding wise it is impossible...
only solid colors and only the same shaped icon... for THAT user group

- I will create the ADMIN icon - I think it would be cool if a MOD created the mod and memebr created the member - sublissions are open till the end of February - if no entries are made I assume control and will get things going as soon as I can.

here's an idea, why not make the icons pictures of CPUs, and the type of CPU reflects the member level you are at. For example: for n00bs the icon would be like AMD K6-2's, the next level would be Durons, then the next would be Athlons, then Athlon XP's. And you can have it so the higher # of posts u get, the more CPU's you will get. So the top level member can have like 8 Athlon XP's or something. That way you get more "CPUs" and instead of changing colors for the status level, the CPU type will change.

i dont knwo coz in OC.com i felt inadequet to the people with more stars than me as i only had a few posts at the time...and i felt that people with more stars would be more judmental to the peopl with a little amount of stars...i know that they weren't but thats just how i felt and that is why i stoped going there!

I have had an ephiany and due to currents events at OC.com - stars are under review right now....
