R9700 vcore mod - How?

As topic really. Theres a lot of talk flying around with people having vGPU modded R9700s, but ive yet to see a post saying how to do it :p. Im sat here with a core at 387 default voltage crying out for a bit more juice - cmon guys help me out :).
