VR headset maker Oculus has won its first Emmy Award for a movie about a porcupine who is too :banana::banana::banana::banana:ly.

The flick was created by the Oculus Story Studio, the Facebook-owned outfit which is busy crafting computer-generated short films for the headset.

"Henry" lasted only nine minutes and the judges felt it was outstanding original interactive program.
Ramiro Lopez Dau, the director of "Henry," wrote in his bog:

"We never anticipated that one of our first projects would be given such a distinction and this recognition is not only a testament to our team's creative and technical achievements, but also a validation for the VR storytelling community as a whole."

The flick was shown to the 2015 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. We guess that this is a film with a plot which would make it different from the other sorts of ?VR experience? stories that are out there, we think it unlikely that a :banana::banana::banana: film would win any awards.
