I suppose this is nothing out of the normal for you extreme 3dmarkers. But it's the first time i've done it myself.

Hmm.... when looking at your compare URL it looks like you only ran the game tests. I'll be your score would increase if you ran the whole benchmark. I'm only 1500 points below you with a Ti500.

score will NOT increase running all the tests...
if you look at all ti4200's with cpu's between 1560 and 1580 mhz, you're number seven in the whole list, so that's a good score!

try some Rivatunersettings, it may improve your score.

Comparison in certain areas with others...calantak is right. Try running all the game tests only and get a score, then keep 3DMark open and run the other non-game tests, you'll notice the score never changes.

I usually don't run the full set untill i've found some kind of major improvement. It does really cut down on time wasted :)
