If you watch the team stats, youll know Ive built and have been benchmarking a new SR-2 build. Weird thing is however I will be benchmarking for a few hours tweaking and such, and then all of a sudden out of nowhere I get these insane scores. The computer continues to fine and it never crashes.
What do you guys think?

That is odd and you know it will get yanked if you submit it hahaha.

No idea what's going on there.

Does it only happen in Cinebench or in other benchmarks as well?

Others as well. I did figure out what it was. I needed to apply a few "signal tweaks". Mainly QPI 0 to -90 and QPI 1 to -16. So far no more weird ass scores. Onward we push!

Keep pushing man that is one awesome setup!!!! How does it handle 3d or is it even worth it?

I'm glad you could figure it out! Congrats for your latest HWBot Prime submission!

Today it isn't competitive in 3D, because most 3D benchmarks don't scale on that amount of CPU cores and you can't clock them high enough for the game tests. When the SR-2 was made, it was sometimes used with a lower clocked 6 core CPU and a higher clocked 4 core CPU. All 10 cores were used for the CPU tests and the high clocked 4 core CPU was used for the game tests.

It doesn't do badly 3d actually. Its just not competitive with 3930k and up. Im going to get a couple x5680s and go for 4.9-5

Yeah, I meant for full out it's no longer competitive, though it's still quite fast.
Two X5680s should be pretty nice!
