Cooling 1m3 of air=> underground

Hi all

I have a strange question. I have small underground cellar inside the holiday cottage. Now i would like to ˝upgrade˝ this cellar, with some small air-conditioning, so i will get lower temp(cca. 8-10?C). Air machine, must operate at 12V, because it will be supply with solar panels.

how much solar panel power do you have?

Is here any one who can make me some kind of SS cooling device, so i can put it inside(most easily be mounted on the door)
There are some compressors operating at 12V(danfos have some).

There are commercial solutions capable of doing what you want, but no one can help you until you can come up with a solar power budget.
