Morning all and greetings as this is my first post after being a lurker here for so long. Been posting over in overclockers.com for so long posting here just seemed the logical next step.

Anyway put an order in for a Mach 1 prommy last Monday. Here it is a week and a day later and still no ship. They claimed they had to wait for some AMD Easy Mod kits which where supposed to arrive yesterday so that it could ship but still no go.

Anyone else have a long turn around time with this company? My system is a custom built water chiller so I am not exactlly hurting but would like to step up to prebuilt vapor before I get creative and try one of my own :)

My turn-around was 4 days from the time I ordered 'til the time it arrived at my doorstep.

No actually I am in Orlando Florida. Guess I will be different and go backwards :)

By the way for Kit-Tronics here is the ongoing email hehe

Robert Opdahl,

We must remember the ladies too, as our team is a mix of both. Our North
America Kit-Tronics location received the AMD kits as the UPS driver was
leaving with the orders of the day. We have sold out of Mach 1 and your
one of the last to receive a Mach 1 until the end of the month.

Kit-Tronics placed an order for the last 48 units, which should leave
Denmark this week by container to arrive in North America before the end
of the month. Once this batch is sold out, brand new with one year
warranty Mach 1 units will be gone forever. As Euro and transportation
cost are hard to control, good chance prices will increase. Orders placed
for the Mach 1 before the price increase will be respected. So pass the
word to those who might be interested.

Kindly accept our apologies for the delay beyond our control. Orders are
normally shipped the same day. Authorizations are only held by the bank
for 5 days, and Kit-Tronics only charges the credit card after it is
shipped.

Best regards,

Eriko

Well I just checked the order status and its still showing P. The way I read that email it states I am one of hte last untill the end of the month to get one, but if I get bounced back to March then that would just royally bite :(

No doubt, the email makes it look like your MACH I is just waiting for the mounting kit before they send it out.

I just wrote them seeing that if I place an order now... I will still get the $457US price. If so, I'm going to just do it considering it seems like the MACH I's end is nearing. :(

Fired off another email to see if they are holding mine untill March (PLEASE NO!) or if they have just kinda misplaced me with all my grumbling for the status of my order :)

I will be sure to keep that portion of my card clear so it can process lol

I had to wait about a month for the great deal they had on the machII's , they are good people and I had a good talk with them for about 30min or so about all the buisness they do, they are a huge world wide company and just opened a new location in japan if i remember correctly. I own/operate a computer store in Michigan and had got started on discussing distribution with them, they actualy make alot of there own parts, like case fans for example, he said he would make any kind of fan I would like as long as I ordered 100+ of them cause it cost more to ship them than it does to make them. I guess my point being they are reliable and they are just in the teething phase of online selling, they will come through, give them a call, they are more than happy to talk to you.
