I got a nice thermaltake 360 watt psu I wanna do a 3.3 rail mod on.

Does anyone know how to mod this psu? I got a bad camera so I'm not able to take pics of it, but if anyone knows I'd love you. Also is there any special I need for the mod other then an iron and a 10k VR? No extra cooling? Just that? Much much thanks for any help.
