I've read a few issues regarding Samsung 840 Pro and LSI MegaRaid 9260 series where you can't enable the "Disk Cache Policy" though some users have posted images on MSM showing they have no issue, and the OP even says that MSM allows it, but I guess the WebBios wont let you enable it.

Can anyone here with LSI 9261-8i and 2x840 Pro in R0 confirm or deny this? I trust XS over any other forum, so I hope to be able to get some confirmed answers here.

Here is the thread dated from 4/2013 I am referring to:
http://forums.servethehome.com/raid-controllers-host-bus-adapters/1653-should-sticky-samsung-840-840-pro-not-lsi-megaraid-compatible.html

And another followup related to this thread
http://forums.servethehome.com/raid-controllers-host-bus-adapters/2296-samsung-840-840-pro-still-not-lsi-megaraid-compatible.html

LSI does list the drive as supported on their compatibility sheet updated 10/2013
http://www.lsi.com/downloads/Public/RAID%20Controllers/RAID%20Controllers%20Common%20Files/MegaRAID_Value_Feature_Interop_List_SAS2.pdf

I've seen a bunch of benchmarks on 840 Pro 2/3 disk R0, anyone have a benchmark on a LSI 9261-8i?

I'm waiting for my gear to arrive, hopefully there is no issue.

Thanks!
