Ok umm I uploaded the wrong image, and cant change it so heres the glitchypoo
I think you uploaded the wrong picture but its set to show only rule 15 if you mean the forum guidelines section.
LoL, thats the right picture, its meant to be like that, it cant automatically change itself. Its there at the moment as this is a addition to the rule list.
