slowing down tornado

I'm a real n00b with this kind of stuff, so please bear with me. Basically can i use this (http://www.frozencpu.com/cgi-bin/frozencpu/bus-30.html) to slow down a 92MM tornado that I would have on a SP-97? Also if it can be used then what would I have to do?

FrozenCPU doesn't give the ampere rating for that rheobus, but I'll make a guess that it would work.

you could also wire a fan switch that does the 7 volt trick like I did.. requires some soldering
