Massman gave me good idea. He has 5 GHZ Superpi challenge, why not to try PiFast. Limitation are max 5000 MHz at CPU max + 5 MHz up (so no more than 5005 MHz)
Try push your DRAM clocks, timings, CPUNB, combination of HT/CPUNB etc for the best score.
