You need more rad area to compensate.

A 360 gtx rad with 2200 rpm fans dissipate 300 watts

In the latest martin roundup, the Alphacool NexXxoS ST30 (thin rad) is the best for very low rpm fans

Alphacool NexXxoS ST30 with 600 rpm fans (absolutly silent) dissipate 75 watts.

With 1400 rpm fans others rads dissipate 200 watts

It depends the noise level you want

Personally, i have a 360 and 480 with very low rpm fans and it is absolutly silent. With my aquaero, i can automatically
stop the 480 rads fans when water temperature - ambient is low (almost all the time when i don't play games).

Bought the Phobya G-Changer NOVA 1080 60mm copper rad. Quiet as hell and the performance is awesome. Here is a pic..

I have 9X 120mm San Ace fans in there on 5v. Very quiet. The rad always keeps the water within 2 degrees of ambient. Did I mention that it is also ALL COPPER?! I love the GTX series performance rads. Got a few myself and heck have some in some YouTube vids with crazy San Ace performance fans making them hover. However this new rad really turned my crank for performance and quietness. It is easy to install on any side of the case if you have the appropriate bolts.
