OS: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 (64 bit)

All updates installed
Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 Installed

SSD Drivers: 2x Vertex 4 - VTX4-25SAT3-128G
This one 128gb: http://www.ocztechnology.com/ocz-vertex-4-sata-iii-2-5-ssd.html#specifications

Motherboard: Asus P8P67 Pro Rev 3.1: http://www.asus.com/Motherboard/P8P67_PRO_REV_31/
Bios: P8P67 PRO (REV 3.1) BIOS 3602

Cpu: Core i7 2600k @ 4.5 GHZ

SSDs are connected to the white Sata slots : Intel Sata 3 ports

Indexing is disabled on Drive C (SSD raid volume)
Page file is set to 15 GB and static size
Sleep feature disabled so sleep file deleted
Power mode is set to performance
Write cache back enabled

So here 1 single screenshot that displays everything. I would expect like 900+ mb per second

What might be the problem ? Operation system is just installed and drivers are just purchased

You have data on the drives you are testing. SSDs slow as you put data on them. The more data you have, the slower they get. That's why TweakTown tests SSDs with data on them.

Here take a look. : http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/5128/samsung_840_pro_128gb_ssd_review/index11.html

TRIM is enabled right now. IRST 11.5 supports trim
so results should be higher
