M5S change is interested, yes I have old one!
The're some changes in the benchmark.

Although the name of M5P changed to M5Pro Xtreme.
M5Pro Xtreme change seems to have happened to the internal components with this.

M5Pro Xtreme - Marvell 88SS9187 with Toshiba ToggleDDR2.0 19nm NAND (16k/page,TSOP)

Today, M5S change specifications have been officially announced a brand-new.

Old M5S (PX-***M5S) - Marvell 88SS9174 with Micron ONFi2.x Synchronous 25nm NAND (8k/page,TSOP)
New M5S (PX-0***M5S) - Marvell 88SS9187 with Toshiba ToggleDDR2.0 19nm NAND (16k/page, TSOP)

I just wrote an article about all of this last night. It's not published yet but should be on TweakTown next week, with the benchmarks.
