Hello,
I need someone who has much understanding for RAID, I'm doing big assignment and in wish I need to make a program which will generate tasks about RAID.
I don't have any idea what I could make about it..
For example. If it was only about HDDs I could be using seek distance or Real time scheduling. They are easy to generate(just few numbers based on algorithm and student who is solving task can easily calculate distance or fit in scheduling). Is there smth like that about RAID, where you could make a task out of randomly generated data based on some algorithm? Like program generates some data and you would have to pick which RAID it is, I am totally lost, please help :D
