New cool case!

Hey!

I am so tired of my old, ugly Q-tec case, so i want a new and better case! It must be a cool high quality midi-case with room for many fans. No PSU.

What do you suggest?

Most of the good cases are quite normalized, though there probably is a reason for this ;)

Kingwin KT-424 series maybe? Well made cases with thick (2.0 mm) aluminum.

Too bad they are discontinued - removable mobo tray, 5 fans (not counting PSU), NO SHARP EDGES!!! - Sweet!

Check the 424 and the 11 series. Very affordable, many of the same features as the KT-434...

I think this case would be very nice for some serious modding..!

The SLK3700-series is a very good series of cases. A bit small but still big enough. The BQE has it's hard drive bay mounted parallel to the front of the case. A lay-out that slight hampers clear air-flow more then the normal lay-out found in the AMB. Modding it slightly would increase airflow and lower HD and case temps.

It's no problem with the BQE's harddrivebay, cuz i'm proberbly modding a 120mm fan into the case side to boost the airflow.

Yup I agree, I have one and I hate it.

I modded the crap out of it, drilled out the internal HD cages, put blow holes / side holes etc.

And I still hated it :mad:

So I got a PC75 and gave that pos xaser iii to my lil bro haha :D

i'd agree with the Lian Li suggestions. although, the Antec you posted looks pretty nice as well.

I've already bought a case weeks ago... :D It choosed the Antec SLK3700-BQE, and its a nice case. Not perfect, but for the lowe price i cant ask for more.

i want to put an asetek waterchill into a case with lights etc. but i dont knwo wat case to get. i dont really weant to have to mod the case to put the watercooler in and i dont want a ful tower. anyone got any suggestions for wat case i should get? i live in the uk also.
