I'm using WipeDrive 3.0 to wipe out a HDD. I've used it before with success. This time it stalls out at 65% and sits there. Has anyone had this problem before?

I use Wipedrive myself and never had this problem, could be you have to use the HD as a paper weight from now on.
Try using MS DOS tool CHKDSK on the drive to see if that finds any issues such as Bad Sectors.
