Home Server which raid controler lsi adaptec or areca

I want to build a small server for storage and i can't decide which controller i should take. I want to have something which is good for the next few years

so i thought about the lsi 9271-8i
but the new Adaptec series looks very interesting too the problem is i can't find any informations and test in the internet especially not for the Adaptec RAID 7805
or a Areca with 4gb cache ?

It's needed to run a raid6 with 6-8 hdd and for the future some ssd caching to increase the speed

if i understand the documents on there website right and i think i do :D the ssd caching from adaptec is for free ?!
so i think the 7805 will make the race
