The topic says it all.
From what I've read it used to be the Crucial M4 (Marvel Controller) but I've noticed that the Samsung and Plextor (also based on a Marvel controller tho newer than the M4) get good reliability reports.
Given that in the real world there is little difference in speed between all SATA3 SSD Drives, reliability becomes the most critical factor.
So which is the most reliable (supporting hibernation, wake from all forms of sleep, failure rate etc)?
Opinions appreciated.
