Well I'm testing out a new 2.8 chip.
These things default at 1.525 Volts, a bit higher then there little brothers:D
I've been running the chip at 1.57v since I put it in and so far I'm at about 3500 Mhz 3D proofed.
Looks good so far:D

OPP do you think the higher multiplier is going to be a problem with FSB for 3D?

I think that useing the lower-mid 170s I'll be able to run the mem at more agressive timings which should even out the loss.

And as far as 3700, it won't do it. I can't get it to run 3D at any voltage. It seems it is like the 2.66 chip and likes voltage to 1.71 and nothing more.

I wish I could afford one.
Very nice work as usual OPP! :D

The highest I can do 3D at so far is only 3644Mhz mem at 231.
A bit disappointing again, these chips start out so great.

Hmmm. I dunno. 3.6ghz isn't too bad. I'm stuck at 190FSB and can't even use the damn 3:4 ratio, thats why I wish I had one.

Where's the link at.

Even though I can't see it I'm scared to see it. Wanna trade chips, lol.

Yes, this is true, I almost forgot that this is the Fastest system I've ever had:D I mean holy cow, I'm almost doing 3.7 gigs on an everyday use Desktop Computer:D

I got her running 3d now at 3664Mhz mem at 332Mhz.

Here's a stock GeForce 3 no overclock.

Thats some pretty insane overclocks oppainter, congrats dood...:):)

Would you say that the 2.66 is better value for money than the 2.8 for overclocking? Or are they pretty much the same? Im thinking the lower multiplier might be an advanatge?

Damn nice OC :D

Mmmm pleasent! What happened to your leadtek you bought OPP? The one that would "only" do 390/810... I'd be happy to take that card off your hands if you're not using it :) Interested? Email me! Ya won't need it when you have your 9700!! :) :) This PNY I've got needs to be replaced w/ something better, but not ATi!

His car low bench seems rather low considering his blazing mhz. Odd.
